It is much easier to wash your face whilst in the shower (using dedicated facewash NOT shower gel and importantly after you have washed your hair) then remove excess water from your face with the sides of your hands. Do not use a towel as this most likely contains bacteria built up in a hot steamy bathroom since it was last washed. Then apply your toner/moisturiser etc to your damp face. Once dry you can then think about spf (sunscreen) as this should be applied to a dry face. If you want to use retinol (shouldn't be needed till late 20's) then think about something like The Ordinary granactive 2% retinol in emulsion as this doesn't normally give you much of a bad initial reaction which can be common with retinol, if any and also has the benefit of being, well pretty cheap.

My routine: Morning: Cleanser Toner (I use klairs supple prep unscented) Vitamin c serum (any good one) Essence (I use cosrx advanced 96 mucin) Serum ( The ordinary niacinamide is most recommended tbh) Moisturizer (find one that suits your skin) Spf (cosrx aloe sooting gel spf50+, this has no cast and it’s pr hydrating so defo a godly one) Night: Same except spf

There are very nice tips, I'll start to try it out! All those hair tips made me feel supported and I got through the awkward stage just fine. No it's time for taking better care of the skin =P I'd say the most of the most important thing to keep your skin nice is to keep yourself hydrated.

Hi! Been a fan since the disconnected haircut days. I have also a thick straight hair like you. And you're my inspiration to grow my hair longer. But this past quarantine months feels like the most loneliest part of my life. I'm noticing that the crown part of my hair is thinning. And I don't know what to do. I've been following advices like 3x a week of shampooing hair and not using too much products. Do you have any recommendations or tips so i can grow my hair again at the crown? Sometimes it's itching and when i'm touching it, there are some hair falling and go in my hands. Please. I'm bothered now that maybe in a few months or years i will be bald. Water will wash off any sweat or dirt particles. Cleanser just strips the skin of its natural oils. The only product I now use in the shower is shampoo. It's the only one that I've found myself missing occasionally, but even then I can go for days with just a water wash, especially when I'm sticking to a healthy enough diet. Also note that the mineral content of the water itself is very important.

Really recommend you check out Dermatologists/physicians like Dr. Dray and Dr. Rattan. SPF30 is the absolute minimum that should be in a day routine, SPF50 PA+++ recommended. Geologie's day moisturizer is pitiful. Eyecreams are also just smaller and more expensive moisturizers.

If u feel like u need one, then go get one, but if you dont mind not getting it, then dont get it :) I personally havent gotten a hair cut in 7 and a half months and I probably wont until about a year, but it's all up to what ur comfortable with, so just do what u feel like!

i’ve gotten my maintenance cut in the beginning of july before that i got an actual haircut in february. i’d say every 4-5 months can work. hope this helps :)

NimaTwisted1 don’t worry bout it lol. usually thinning shears are used to take weight off your head to usually make the styling easier when growing it out. if your head feels heavy from all that hair growth you have right now then your barber or hairdresser can use the thinning shears to remove the weight off your head.
