Hi man, Never commented, but for a year and a month i''ve been growing my hair out and was called a hobo alot of times by my family! But... I can finally tie it up in a bun, with some parts falling out creating a bit of a messy look, like eren yeager's hairstyle. And I got my first complement from my normally quite rude sister! So, I wanted to thank you for giving me tips along this journey, and I'll continue the long hair journey and embrace the struggle and love I have for it! :)

i have a question for you!!im growing my hair out right now and i’m in the hobo stage 😂 may i ask how long your sides are? and how long the back is? my hair is really thick and doesn’t have the length for a bun, which is what i’m going for, just curious at the length of your hair!

Hey guys, so I’ve always had a big forehead, and when I was 21, I noticed the corners of my hairline were a teeny bit higher than they used to be. My father is bald on top, he looks like Dr. Phil, but my mother said there’s no history of balding or even premature greying on her side of the family. I’m about to turn 24, and my hairline hasn’t moved back any farther than when I noticed it at 21. Am I completely boned, or could this just be my mature hairline?

I got my mature hairline at 16, which was fucky. DW, at 25 it hasn't changed. If you haven't started balding at all at 24, you likely wont later on either. Depends on when your father started.

My hair isn't extremely long but just enough to tie into a bun and some pieces of my hair will loosen and ruin the style so I use a stretchy headband (not metal) or a Rambo type tied headband so personally I'd rather use those over a metal one

I heard minoxidil can cause shedding, and that you have to keep using it for the benefits
@biiased2 жыл бұрын
minoxidil is a hair growth stimulant so whatever you gain with it will be lost if you quit the treatment, and yes there is shedding initially because its replacing weak hair with strong ones.

As for the barber thing, I get why you go to a barber instead of a hair salon cuz being a guy and all, but if you have long hair you should be going to a salon instead. Telling the stylist you want a trim but you’re happy with the length overall really help. A barber is trained to do one thing; shave as much hair and trim as little as possible. That’s why so many guys end up frustrated when they go to a barber and they end up cutting off too much.
