I'm 8 months into my hair growth from an undercut and I agree that losing 50-100 strands is 100% normal especially when you shampoo. If you wash your hair only once or twice a week (which is totally fine) there will be a lot of buildup in grease, dirt, and oils in your hair which will contribute heavily to breakage so when you lather shampoo in your hair and rub conditioner into your ends, inevitably, hair will fall out. Nice explanation Luca :)

@@jamesanthonyperez7955 haha okay dw when I say oiling I meant scalp massage for 30-50 min(I do it twice a week) but scalp massage is something you can't do everyday if you have to go school college or job but according to me I think Luca meant oiling your hair body with few drops(enough to wet your hair not scalp) of mostly recommended argan oil (means your hairs not your scalp) to prevent fizzy hairs and breakage of hairs it's good thing to do everyday but scalp massage is another and different thing and its important for hair growth and I would personally recommend you it's working fine for me......... :)

Now when iam combing i get circular hair breakage,like ends of a single strand. Also i get roughly 8 to 16 strands reaking per day What should i do pls recommend me. I use sunsilk shampoo

Don't shampoo regularly.. trust me I have seen better results when I shampoo less. Also hair breakage is normal everyone has it.
@ahmedtimimi6904 жыл бұрын
Yo! Don't shampoo everyday. at most shampoo and condition twice a week. After shampooing, i personally use a leave in conditioner to keep it healthy and its been doing me good for one year+ then after a day or two i apply a daily moisturizer (Keep in mind i do not wet my hair at all until the wash days) Other tips; 1. invest in a scalp massager. 2. Increase water intake. 3. if the breakage is too much. Go on and look for some biotin pills (5000 mcg at most) 4. Just have a healthy life (diet, exercise and no drugs) of course dont fap lmao

I really loved your advice but i have one personal question for me, I am using chemical free shampoo and conditioner and i use onion oil, leave it in my hair for the night once a week and i use egg, mix it in 1 spoon coconut oil and 1 capsule of vitamin E. Leave it in my hair for 1 hour once a week. And I don't use any hair products. Would i have any problem??? Means i have been suffering from hair fall, little more than 100 hairs per day. Would i be able to control it completely.????

to anyone who wishes to know the kinds of things your hair may or may not need, looking into hair porosity is a very good idea, as not all hair is equal, and some hair may not need certain oils or other things as often, or at all, compared to other kinds of hair that may need these things more regularly. Hair porosity can also help determine how often you probably need to shampoo and condition. It's quite different from person to person.
