Poor thing, he was so scared. And the sad part is that some people automatically think that these dogs are "vicious" because they are barking and growling. He was just terrified. He didn't know who to trust. What a sweetheart he is! He's crying and just breaks my heart. I'm so glad you found him! What a doll baby he is!!!
