You know what? I am a regular viewer of your KZbin Channel. I have seen all your videos and your content qualities are very good. I learned lots of things from you. Your channel has great quality contents but still it is not delivering its right audiences due to SEO problems. You should focus on your SEO so that You can get a big fanbase. Thanks.

I felt very called out at the start 😂 great video! Do you consider the calories burned off from exercise in your daily/weekly calorie count or ignore them?

Thanks Robert ☺️ good question: for ease and simplicity I’d suggest having a set amount of calories to hit daily/weekly and not account for exercise. Otherwise accounting for exercise calories can get confusing if some weeks you’re training twice, the next three times, and if calorie expenditure is different for each workout the headache isn’t worth the hassle compared to to using a linear calorie approach.
