Skinny Pedal Fab RZR tube chassis kit | What you need | Polaris Rzr turbo bouncer buggy PART 1

We are building a RZR buggy, tube chassis, rzr bouncer, whatever you want to call it, using the Skinny Pedal Fab rzr tube chassis builders kit. Jonathan Shepard knocked it out of the park on this design. Very cool.

Lol. The stock axles are being replaced! Broke one at windrock. We are shocked how long the stock ones lasted with the bigger tires and added torque though.

Yes I believe so. This kit is a xp/xpt kit with rs1 diff mounts. It’s pretty sweet kit.

It’s definitely gonna be a time saver. The front end geometry and steering rack eats up some time getting it correct in there. Diff comes out the top so really easy to get diff in and out without sacrificing strength and rigidity by taking it out the front. Yes you’d have to buy plate and tabs to make all that buy hand. So it’s somewhat bigger expense than just buying plate but time wise I bet it’s saves a days worth of work just in the front end. Which honestly pays for itself in time saved right there. We were super excited when we got approached to build this buggy to have a chance to work with this kit.

No. We can build these without a kit as we did ambers buggy. Got an opportunity to build a buggy for someone that had the spf kit already so decided to do it and see how it all goes together. Pretty cool design. Definitely a time saver.

They have room that’s no power camping spots that’s normally first come first serve unless they book them up for this ride. There’s another camping area on the other side of the mountain in evarts Ky. Be an easy ride up from there to the middle fork playground to meet up with people
