Trio is so cute, huddling in the fleece, waiting for new fleece to arrive! 😂 Mine would run on the coroplast and pee and poop on it. Calvin would purposefully hide underneath the blankets, not using hidey huts. Luckily he's stopped doing that.

Aww I know exactly what you mean by that screaming wheek. My beloved Himalayan piggie died in January and his lil cage mate Chip would wake us up in the middle of the night just screaming. It was terrible. Scared me so bad! He now has a new friend named Tator tot. He's only a couple months old and it was the best introduction.

My parents dont let me use fleece because of how much the hay sticks to the fleece. That may clog the washer. Do you know of any fleece liners that dont really stick to hay much? (i dont really like using aspen atm)

Put your fleece inside of a pillow case before you wash it so any excess hay won’t go into the washer

Love all your fleece liners and bedding Abby. I went to the dollar store and picked up a cheap bristled brush to brush off the hay on my liners, works great. Also when I took my Guinea Pig to my local exotic vet because she got sick she said I can give my pig some Children’s liquid vitamin c. My piggie was around 8-9 hundred grams and it was .8, so I give my piggies liquid Vitamin C. The smaller piggies I give half that, when I asked her she said the same thing any excess Vitamin C they pee out. Love your videos skinnypigs1. Question, I noticed you have multiple liners do you find that easier to clean then one big liner?

Yayyyy!!! Where can you find this kinda stuff the fleece and Guinea pig cloth house and things like it? I know they are good with ferrets too so I would like to get some for the ferret I might get soon. I have seven cats and three dogs and they are spoiled to death. I also get to help take care of a cat named goose that is my Nana's and brother's cat and my uncle got a pit bull I might get to help out with. I have had three Guinea pigs total and many more dogs and cats. We love animals!!

Hey Abby! Can you make a video talking directly to my piggies, especially Clementine and Lilly explaining to them that *they will not die* because they're getting one less baby carrot, piece of cucumber, or a little less greens? The rebellion is *real* at my house with all the griping and fussing at me! LOL!!! Who knew guinea pigs could count? I even cut 1 carrot into 2 pieces trying to fool them.... yeah, right! I'm not having a real success at getting them all switched from KMS Hayloft pellets yet. I know it's got to be the molasses in it. Only have 2/8 adults completely switched and here soon 2 young boys to try Sherwood's. I think they'll be more agreeable since they're on KMS alfalfa pellets. Not gonna give up though! 😉

I need some advice. I was carrying my guinea pig to his cage after weighing him and my phone started ringing which startled him so he bit me and leaped out of my arms. Luckily I was near the cage but his back foot caught one of the bars! He wasn’t injured but ever since he has been much more skittish and I don’t know how to get him back to his old self 😕 he was just starting to get very tame and let me pet him

So I feed my boars oxbow adult pellets with oxbow hay and kayetee Timothy hay with the same veggies you feed your piggies. I feed them half a cup twice a day. Would my diet be considered good for them.

I am not using Oxbow anymore for pellets (still use their hay). I am steering clear of soy, wheat, fillers and molasses in pellets. I use Sherwood pellets now and am much happier with a natural pellet.

You're so lucky you dont hace burrowers. My guinea pig used to drive me nuts. Every fleece i put down he would dig under and flip up no matter how many hiding spots i gave him. I actually had to buy binder clips to pin the fleece down and still sometimes he'd keep yanking at it until he popped ig back out

Have you tried sprinkling some ground up vitamin C on their pellets? I think you had said they liked the Vit C tablets. Maybe that would entice them to eat a little more pellets. Just wanted to say how much I enjoy your channel and so do my nieces! I find it easier to relate to you because I'm an adult (27) and married with no kids, only fluffy ones! :)
