The Terrible CURSE of SKIPPY...
Skippy cringe is some of the best / worst content you'd find on this platform. Poor Skippy goes on numerous dates with girls to only get rejected in the end. Years later and nothing about Skippy or his cringe dates have changed.
In this video, we explore Skippy the virgin cringe with famous moments such as the skippy klondike bar incident. His failed date with Tracy and the issues that curse his life.
Skippy aba and preach was mentioned here as they reacted to a lot of his videos, including h3h3, jamari, cody ko and of course sixteenleo.

Danielle from 90-Day Fiancé. Or better yet, Deborrah Cooper. She is an angry, bitter, entitled old woman who has aged horrifically, yet spends her time deriding men for not meeting her expectations despite the fact that she is both physically and emotionally repulsive. I have asked several men I know if she is worth the kind of effort she is expecting men to put out. Every single one of them replied with an emphatic "No!" It's fine if she would rather be alone than be with someone as unattractive as her, but she shouldn't talk as much shit as she does when she is in no condition to criticize anyone for their flaws. There is a reason why she is alone.

For some people you could view it as a trauma, and some respond to it subconsciously with strong defensive measures to avoid getting hurt even further like that guy getting stuck at the 14yo mentality of "girls are objects I must conquer" to avoid recognizing that they're are human beings he has to emotionally interact with (it would be admitting all the wrongs he did and he couldn't take all that guilt as he's already in intense pain). A year late so I hope things are going a bit better in terms of your fears. I’m a woman and honestly for women who are compassionate and actually empathetic, we can tell the difference between socially awkwardness/ neurodivergence vs…. What Skippy does. I’m neurodivergent as well and sometimes I come across a little off / odd and sure it’s chased some people away which sucks. But oh my gosh the only way you could come across like this person is if you are as entitled as this person. Some people suck but a lot of people just really like honesty because it shows a sign of respect. They may not be into you but it sure as heck wasn’t because you were honest. A “would you like to kiss me?” Or a “can I kiss you” is 100% acceptable - any attempt after a no is not. I genuinely do think Skippy is awful. I understand people have hope for him but he has one really bad quality that I feel like gets overlooked. There is a date he films where he and a girl talk about how he could have almost gone all the way with her but HE stopped it. His reasoning was because he wanted to wait until he was married. That's all very well and good. It's good to set up boundaries for yourself and people should respect the parameters you set for yourself and your body. Yet he spends all of his time steamrolling past any of those parameters his dates set for themselves. They don't want to kiss him so he spends the entire time trying to guilt, trick, convince, and even physically force them to cave because it's what he wants. That level of entitlement and lack of self-awareness in a man his age backed up by his religious beliefs is dangerous. I went to a Christian school where all of the boys were taught to be like this and it unfortunately led to some very dangerous and traumatizing situations for some of the girls. I just hope no one has to end up in a very bad situation because people keep on ignoring his crappy behavior under the idea that he's just creepy but not harmless.

I mean, I sorta get what you're saying, but creeping people out isn't a crime. So far, he has been completely harmless, just a walking AOE of awkwardness and uncomfortableness. I feel so bad for these stereotypically unattractive guys being given a darker perception than what a stereotypically attractive guy would be given. If he looked like Brad Pitt, he wouldn't even be infamous.
@421541Michee
@421541Michee 2 жыл бұрын
@@cdogthehedgehog6923 thats my point. I never said him being creepy was the harmful part. I know that I can be a bit eccentric and I'm sure some people have found me to be annoying or creepy though that is not my intention, and if I can create space between us I would happily do so. Skippy being pushy and not understanding that he's being pushy is very concerning when he has actually physically forced himself on people. It's one thing to constantly ask for another date and not understand that you're getting the run around. It's another when a girl has expressed that she does not want to kiss you and you go ahead and put your mouth on her anyways. He is making these public and people have expressed to him that he is pushing the boundaries way too far and it doesn't deter him (so he can't use the excuse that he just didn't know). As someone who had to find my voice to express my boundaries and fight for them to be heard I understand that not everyone is able to tell someone to back off when they are feeling uncomfortable. It may seem dramatic but it has resulted in some very unfortunate things happening to me with the excuse of "but she didn't say no". If Skippy cared about people he would hopefully learn to have the empathy to understand that he could hurt somebody even if that's not his intention by now, and that's what I'm talking about. Understanding consent and not pushing past people's boundaries is important and Skippy doesn't seem to care. These women have actively put up their boundaries and he steamrolls past it. My concern is for the girls who don't know how to set up their boundaries and how far that could go. I'm not saying everyone has to see it that way and people can definitely hold out hope that he'll change and it won't get to that point. I hope that he finds success as I do for everyone but but I choose to lean on the side of caution and that's just my perspective. I do understand what you mean though. I also think about his religious beliefs and having grown up in a very religious community and knowing what they tend to teach young men, that along his lack of understanding is truly frightening to me especially in a man his age. It's very strange that people seem to want to give people who are theoretically at a disadvantage passes for behavior that is unacceptable. I suppose if you're looking at it through the twilight or 50 shades of grey lense then it may seem that harassment is acceptable if you are hot. The key word though is consent. Yes, more people may consent to Brad Pitt because he is attractive, however, I would hope that if someone did not give Brad Pitt consent he would not push the issue. Skippy would because he believes that interactions are transactional. (I took you on a date and I think I'm charming and funny therefore when I ask you for a kiss or hug it's only fair for you to give in.) I don't think Skippy is sitting in some den plotting when hes eventually going to snap and attack someone. It actually makes it worse to think that he could potentially push past someone's boundaries and hurt them without even realizing it. Trauma manifests itself in many different ways and I believe that empathy It's important in order to try and avoid traumatizing someone. It's not like most people like to divulge darker sides of their past on their 1st date so It could be very possible that someone is still dealing with issues from their past and Skippy could trigger something by forcing a hug, a kiss, or even just arguing about why he feels he deserves those things, which would be very unfortunate. It makes me think of a tcap episode where one of the guys had cerebral palsy. Just because he had a disability and wasn't attractive according to societal standards should he get a pass? He knew right from wrong and still decided to victimize someone.
@RedFloyd469

The absolute strange thing, is that if skippy can manage to actually get a date with these women who, at least in my opinion, are in fact quite attractive, then literally ALL he has to do, is simply not be such a creepy, awkward dude that forces himself on others and claims those women "owe" him something... Like, clearly your physical looks weren't that big of an issue, nor was your age or your virginity. They wanted to go on a date, most likely after having seen what you looked like. So really the only thing he had to do was work on his personality and social skills. If he had spent even a quarter of his time, money and energy on improving himself physically, mentally, emotionally and socially that he has now spent on gifts, setting up dates, setting up second dates, driving costs, the filming, not to mention all of the mental exhaustion and harm he has done both to himself and to those poor women, in putting himself out there, being made fun of, being ridiculed.... he would have actually maybe landed an actual relationship! Fuck me, I'm socially awkward as fuck and have plenty of mental issues too, but I don't go around expecting women to give me favors because I "earned" it through having a "wonderful" personality. The problem is that men like skippy make the rest of us unattractive men look bad. We get put into the "nice guy" trope or worse, the 4chan incel circlejerk. Him being a virgin doesn't help either. It basically just tends to confirm what toxic people already tend to propagate; that if you're a man and you never had sex, you're a failure. The one thing he really needs right now, is to stop going on these random dates, improve himself, seek therapy, and learn to accept himself, warts and all. He clearly has such low self-esteem that even the slightest bit of acknowledgement is what keeps him going on these egotistical dates. And I say that as somebody who whose self-esteem is basically non-existent at this point.

There are so many Skippys out there. I have encountered one myself. After that horrible experience, i see that the main thing that was possibly the cause of their issues was their desperation for love. Desperation for a connection leads people down a dark path. They believe that being kind is enough for them to be a potential partner. They feel entitled to get something out of you if they give you something. The way that Skippy pressures his dates and tries to force something to happen between them is honestly disgusting. The fact that he acts as if he doesn't see what's wrong with him acting this way, DESPITE people telling him the problems with his actions, shows that he knows exactly what he is doing. People have tried to help Skippy and yet he continues to act the same. It's honestly sad to see that he is making little to no progress. What's scary is if Skippy will ever draw the line or let desperation turn into something more sinister.

Your comment resonated with me, so much that I had to share my thoughts. I'm 37 and never dated much. I was not attracted to most of the women that were attracted to me, at all. I will not date or have sex with any woman that I am not physically attracted to. Women have the right to reject people they are not attracted to (despite not being attractive themselves), and I am sure you support them. I feel that men should be afforded the same right. Just because a woman shows interest in me does not obligate me to give her a chance, even though people may arbitrarily consider her to be "in my league." I have followed all of the conventional wisdom to make myself as presentable as possible while not betraying my own sense of individualism. I work out five days a week, and I work harder than most of the attractive women in my gym. I have interests, and a couple of unique hobbies. I went to college, and stay well-groomed. But I don't expect women to be attracted to me because of these efforts. Likewise, women should not expect me, nor any man to be attracted to them just because they think we should. Would you consider me a misogynist? There are women like Deborrah Cooper who are objectively old, fat, frumpy, ugly, out of shape, and haggard who think they are entitled to good-looking, in-shape, successful men, even though they are physically and emotionally repulsive. When someone asked her why a man should exhaust himself to meet her expectations only to have sex with an unattractive woman like her, her rationale was "Because I have a pussy." Would you consider her a misandrist? Are you angry with Skippy because he does not put in the same effort as you do to make himself physically attractive to attract a partner? As a woman, do you feel it is unfair that your value as a potential partner is based primarily on your appearance? If so, I'm sorry you feel that way, but I am not going to force myself to be with a woman I am not physically attracted to just because you and the rest of society think that is what I am morally obligated to do. Do you know how many couples there are that settled for each other because they were so desperate to find someone by a certain age, only to end up in a sexless relationship or get divorced? Is that what you would want for yourself, or anyone else? I think people who date "realistic" and "in their league" are sanctimonious and are no more virtuous than Skippy.

@@allim8335 You're right in that he should hold himself to the same physical standard he holds women to. But there are many people out there who cannot bring themselves to fuck someone based on personality. Being in a romantic relationship requires a certain degree of physical attraction. Sex is just as much a physical endeavor as it is an emotional one. A man who is repulsed by a woman's appearance is not going to be able to be aroused to perform for her, her great personality notwithstanding. Lisa Lampinelli, Paula Poundstone, and Kathy Bates all have great personalities, but that doesn't mean that I am obligated to fuck any of them, let alone be in a LTR with them. I know several women that are a blast to hang out with, and have interesting convos with, but that doesn't mean that I am obligated to by physically attracted to them. Are you obligated to have sex with a guy based solely on his personality, even though you are not physically attracted to him but was objectively in your league?

People like Skippy are completely unaware of themselves, to the point where it's dangerous. I had a traumatizing experience with someone who only viewed me like a dog. His thoughts were " If i feed her and buy her nice things, she owes me." I had to play along out of fear of what he was going to do to me if I didn't respond the way he wanted me to. My boundaries were physically crossed while I was intoxicated, because of desperation and disregard for everyone's feelings but his. There are levels of manipulation, masks, and guilt tripping that are honestly impressive. It's like they're aware to some aspect, but then again, clueless to the world and everyone in it. Thank you for making this video. And thank you for speaking up for women who go through this.

One thing I've noticed about Skippy is that he doesn't date women who shares his values. He wants to wait until marriage to lose his virginity and that's fine, but all the women he dates don't want that. And when they reject him, he starts acting like he's the victim and they're all a bunch of unfaithful harlots. Skippy definitely has an ego problem.

This will probably sound silly, but you saying that girls don't owe guys anything because they went out of their way to set a date helped me. I was on this date with a guy that travelled a big distance just to meet me and you know, the spark wasn't there, so I was kinda cold towards him the whole time. Everytime this memory comes to mind, I cringe inside, thinking that I was supposed to be more open, because, poor guy, went through so much problem for me. So yeah, thanks for that.

And that is the main problem. Let's be real to ourselves, if you simply replace his cringy personality traits with the most desirable ones, what you'll get at the end is your classic "nice guy" type of thing, who cannot turn on girls 🤷‍♀, with whom girls still would not want to sleep because he will be still a kind of fucking 5"6 unattractive creep 🤷‍♀.

Ya, Skippy really is cringe, I din't know him until this video, but damn.... he is cringe. He does everything you shouldn't do on a date. Always talking, brings his camera, pressures woman for a kiss on the first date, and asks questionsthat people would normally ask when they much deeper into a relationship. And even stereotypes woman. And I get these strange feelings that he's very childish. He's really obssessed with the kissing though, that's the really odd part. He sees it as a reward, something he is deserved for going on that date. It's weird, and gives me the creeps. Clearly shows that he isn't absorbing their time together and apreciating it and bonding through it. He's doing it cause he thinks it's just 'nice' and nice actions deserve rewards. Until he learns otherwise, he'll be stuck in this endless loop, and hopefully he does not get worse or get worse ideas.

The sad part, I was about to comment this must be an act, but I'd just remember a dude in the college I was. He resembles Gibby from iCarly and he was proud it (when he saw any of us with a girl, his approach was comming near, interrupting us and telling "tell her how do you call me"), he always went for the prettiest girls causing this level of cringe. I lost the track of him, but friends told me he always was singing in the bus with his guitar, something common in my country (México), where people sing in the bus for money, but he did it just because he was "giving good moments to other passengers" (and he doesn't play the guitar, nor sings good). And yes, just like this dude, he always went overconfident to talk to any girl he liked... and just like this guy, his expectations were too high, I remember he asked me for a gorgeous girl he previously introduced to me (we dated a few weeks, but I stopped when she confessed she was a single mother... then started badmouthing her son every single day), I made a comment about she being a bad mother, he proudly said "it's good I don't see her anymore, I don't like the idea of dating a single mother"... he never knew we were dating!!! nor that she was a single mother!!! He just went for the appearance and skipped the "problematic" parts... he didn't even care about her being a "bad mother", just the "mother" part (I don't trust in people who despise their kids, I have no problems dating good mothers who're single).

Nah. He's not like Chris. Chris is legitimately legally insane at this point. With all the dimensional merge shit, Sonichu and Magichan "inhabiting" him, and his belief that he's the spiritual reincarnation of a girl who was at Woodstock (because people just showed him the picture and convinced him of such) I think it's fair to say that he's schizophrenic. Also, just a little factoid, the reason so many people that actually follow Chris don't call him a she is because he didn't originally believe he was trans because he has gender dysphoria or anything like that, it's because of the Woodstock girl reincarnation thing.

@@Capnsensible80 I think it definitely doesn't help. Mormonism (as well as many other religions) puts a lot of pressure on when it comes to not just finding a relationship but sexual sin. You're not supposed to think about sex but they talk about it all the time and how it's sure fire way to end up the fiery pit. Imagine growing up and having natural urges and thoughts but also being told that you're sinning by having those thoughts. It can make a person crazy. It's a huge reason why a lot of my friends would end up married as soon as they were of age because they had all these desires but weren't able to talk about and mature in a healthy way. They also teach you in a round about way that men have a bigger struggle when it comes to sexual desire. Therefore there's a lot of pressure on the women in the community to not "trip up" their fellow man. It results in this lack of accountability for the young men who start to grow up with a weird sense of entitlement. Imagine seeing a girl and being aroused by her and thinking "oh no I'm sinning" but then also realizing that it's not your fault because you're just built that way. It's the girl's fault for being attractive. That's literally the way people think when women are assaulted and they ask her what she was wearing. I remember growing up thinking it would be so nice to be a guy and not have any accountability for my own salvation. If I wear a tank top because it's hot and a guy looks at me. I'm not only just being immodest but I've also committed adultery because he couldn't keep his eyes to himself. I think it feeds into why Skippy looks at these girls and builds personalities for them based off of how attracted he is to them instead of actually getting to know them as individuals. Him saying that a pretty girl has a personality closer to his literally makes no sense. But it does make a lot more sense if you're taught that you're supposed to find a wife and a wife is supposed to be submissive to their husband which is another thing that mormonism teaches. Your wife could become anything that you want her to be if you interpret that in a childlike way which Skippy seems to do with pretty much everything.
