That was very informative, easy to follow and well done overall. Thanks, Hazel and Paul. I've played the early version at Essen in 2016 with the designers and it was a blast. I've wanted the game immediately but waited for the German version (which the designers told me then was going to come out). It has finally arrived. Would've gladly played the English original but since I am German it would have limited the number of friends I could bring to the table to play the game with me. Suffice to say that despite some production setbacks (the German 5-6 player expansion was cancelled after too much hassle with the manufacturer) it turned out to be same fun game. Heartily recommended to all boardgame players and football fans as I think this game nails it in terms of a real football "feel" at the game table.

Really glad you found it useful. I was lucky enough that my first playthrough was with the designers too. Those guys are really passionate about making their game the best it can be and I agree that they completely nailed the feel of football. It really took me back to playing some of the old football manager games on the PC too such as Championship Manager from the 90s :)

Hi! Thx for the detailed review as allways. I'd like to buy this game specially for my son, but when i go to londonboardgames.com i can't get an shipping option to Norway. I can't get in touch With them, and i dont find anywhere else i can get a hold of a copy of this game. So i'm asking if you guys can help me out getting a copy? I can pay you in advance, have paypal.
