Retired LAPD officer here……. So much going on in this video. First…… the black and whites look legit from the 90s. The number on the top of the unit shows it’s from Hollywood Division. The cops look like retired blue dogs. Good detail. Not to nitpick but he did not wake up with the feds. As for this kind of art………I’m torn.
