HOW-TO Run this Sports Training Drill:
Set up the Quick Ladder and place a few Reactive Agility Targets in the rungs.
Place the Recoil 360 around your waist.
Move through the Quick Ladder laterally by stepping two feet in and two feet out before moving to the next rung.
If a rung indicates a higher or lower number step that many times in that rung as you move down and back through the Quick Ladder.
