- Attach the Lateral Resistor Pro to your ankles and the Recoil 360 to your waist.
- Perform an A-Skip for several yards with the Recoil 360 tension behind you driving your legs into the ground.
- Then with the Recoil 360 tension in front of you, increase your speed while controlling your momentum.
