In today's video review, we will look at the interesting sports watch Skmei 2100 in the popular Oak design. The watch came wrapped in bubble wrap only. The box was missing. The package includes: a Skmei watch and a detailed manual. The first impression after unpacking is great. The watch looks really very nice. The design of the watch is inspired by the watch Casio GA 2100. This is CasiOak homage watch by Skmei. The stylish sport dial is made of transparent plastic material. The gray background of the dial, complemented by colorful details, looks great. The large and thick white hands create a great contrast. The strap is made of soft silicone material. The exact time is provided by the electronic movement and digital movement. The watch has a dual time display. The small white hand is also functional, showing the name of the day of the week. The Skmei watch has many useful features like: World Time, Week, Date, 5x Alarm, Back Light, Stop Watch, Battery Save Mode. The glass is resistant to scratches. The watch is waterproof up to 50 meters. The weight is only 50g.
A separate chapter is setting the watch. It is quite complicated, so I recommend not to lose the user manual. First you have to choose your time zone (country). Then set the correct time and date on the digital display. Then you can set the alarm, the intensity of the display backlight or the energy-saving mode. If everything is correct, confirm it. The hands have an electronic movement that sets the correct time automatically according to the digital display. The process is interesting. And that's all. The correct time is set. Nice colors, for summertime. ☀All variants are looking cool, but I cant recommend the black dial/black LCD, because of the very low legibility. If somebody want a very black "CasiOak" homage there is the carbon-fiber cased North Edge Mars 3. For colors and fun the Skmei 2100 and the Skmei 2091 are the best. Stick with plastic case, and also avoid any Skmei metal bracelets: those are horrible. Thanks for the review! 👍
