i did read the weight difference between superb and octavia is only 100 kg , love the octavia , had 4 vrs octavia the had superb sportline plus 272 , 4 wheel drive makes all the difference , 272 is a great sleeper car ... now i have enyaq coupe vrs which i have had for 5 months and loving it ............

YES! i agree, the big engined 4x4 superb is an awesome sleeper. I drive 2nd generation superb 4x4 diesel, that i have tuned to 250bhp with a little over 400 torques, looooots of fun to give audi's something to think about :)

I've got the display set to show the coolant and the oil temperature. The latter shows when the engine is fully warmed up.

Skoda needs to reintroduce the pHev model further more limiting auto gearboxes for diesel engines models to just top trim , is a stupid move there no need for this , diesel sales are hard enough, only mile munchers and caravan owners go for them , so giving pe the option of either gearbox is important, plus some people don’t want the higher trims or kit

A gear selector must be on the central console and not behind the wheel. Else it’s grandpa’s car. Nice car I agree it’s a good all rounder for the family except power. My choice is the VRS until Skoda discontinuous? If it does I’ll switch to a bicycle and become 100% eco friendly.

haha grandpa style gear selector :) i would agree, but its a little inconsistent that they dont put them all in the same spot

The indicators look ridiculous, why they chose to make the entire DRLs into indicators I have no idea. Very inelegant.

the quality in the A3's is noticeably higher allround. but its marginal gains at that point id say, value for money is skoda all day the whole day
