Sir maine 1.5 vento ka injector sensor chnage kiya aur baki injector ki service kiya, but morning(first start) me 2-3 km tak kafi jyada knocking sound aa rahi he aur Jab engine temperature 90°C jane ke bad knocking sound chali jati he . Please suggest ye complete resolve krne ke liye kya krna hoga

Sensor change karne se kam nahi banta, pura injector badal lo second hand ya new dalo solve ho jayega. Ye continental injectors jyada kharab hote hai.

Hi I have skoda Fabia petrol, without AC engin work good, when I start AC engin starts vibration and and car start over heating.

Check RPM meter if fluctuating when AC on and car is at idle, if fluctuating then throttle body needs servicing, for heating problem check fan should rotate full speed on AC on.

Thanks for the video man, i just wanted to ask you some questions, was there any clicking (Or ticking) sound coming from the injectors when driving (Between 1400 and 2300rpm)? Im facing a pretty similar problem but whenever i check for default code with vcds nothing shows up :/

When any injector make knocking or ticking sound, ecu does not generates any DTC codes, until ecu gets feedback from injectors. That sound could be due to inefficient injector. You may try luqui moly injector cleaning or opt for cleaning and calibrating all the injectors on machine. Thanks for watching👍

Ye electronic aur pezo-electric hote hai, bol nahi sakte kab kharab honge, agar apki gadi jyada chalti nahi, bahut hi kam chalti hai to kharab hone ke chances jyada hai .... Gadi chalani chahiye aur Barish mein to chalani hi chahiye nahi to moisture se kharab hote hai

Best thing to do with any 1.6 tdi is drive it straight to the scrap yard that’s what I’m planning on doing and mine only has 41k miles

Head ke andar oil ka one way valve mein problem hoga, iske liye head kholna padega, oil ka actual pressure check karo

Take all the injectors to good Bosch authorized center, they do excellent job of injectors

@@illanpughal8688 yes they work on all types injectors, the cost is depend on what is to be replaced, if sensor change they charge around 4000, more and more they charge 7000 each injector

Nice job you would have changed diesel filter and it would have been perfect and the bit you used is not forks it's called xmns bit used more in German and Europe vehicles cheers🙏👍👌💐

The customer who come is hazzy to replace filter, in fact I recomended but finanally depend on customer. The key tool used is 12 point torx, not forks franco .... Thanks for watching and comment 🙏🏻

Sir I own vento 1.6tdi I have issue regarding rpm My car rpm remains on 1000rpm in idling When a/c is off it doesn't happen regularly Problem cause in cold start

First check air filter if cloged secondly clean maf sensor if dirty thirdly if there is little vibrations and knocking in cold start then could be one injector may be faulty. Also check if injectors were removed before and messed up while installing, then need to be coded again
