Your style of having a good basic idea of the set up, then basically figuring it out as you go, is like my style! I'm impressed with your ability to figure this complex stuff out, like how the bus has all these curves and angles, and look at you go girl!!! You're getting along and accompmishing!!! 🎶🌻💚

To sum up the painting monologue in one word. "Skills!" You have gained both knowledge and skills, therefore you do indeed know what you are doing. Day 2, "I wish I had kept going, because ...." Immediately comes up with a game plan and executes it. That is how it is done. No more doubt.

Your talk about not being afraid to do something and do it wrong was great. I’m rebuilding a car from the ground up. It’s been a four plus year endeavor. I’ve gotten to the point of being afraid to do stuff for fear of doing it wrong. You’re motivating me to get back out there and get to work. Bus is coming along wonderfully. I look forward to your videos each Friday.

Looks great Emma. You can do whatever you want. It's your stuff and your project. Check for where the air vents are on any appliance and fireproof the walls around the oven. Check the level of the oven too. I know you are smart enough to do this project. Something to add to your project would be to also research and check your axle weight limits. Consider your left/right weight distribution on them as you add more to the bus as well. There is a sticker by the door with the legal limits on it. You can find weigh scales at truck stops. That will be important later when you travel and deal with different types of terrain and weather. There are laws as well that have been around forever too.

Just some tips to help use a scriber to make the curves at your roof: Extending it as you have is fine, but the added board needs to come to a point directly at the top so there is only one contact point. When using it the whole thing must be held exactly vertical, with that contact point directly vertical above the pen or pencil drawing the line, any left or right tilt or angle will trace a line different than your roofline. I am really impressed with how you work through challenges and get this done and despite any setback remain positive. Can't wait to see it finished and follow you on your adventures.

Hi Emma, Your doing a great job with the bus, your learning so much by trying different ways to do stuff. With the scribbing part, try going from left to right as your right handed, it will help with the angle better as it's more of a natural arc you would follow. Keep up the good work and remember you did this by yourself, not many people can say the same. Can't wait to see the finished bus, will have to put through a time lapse video if possible from start to finish. All the best. Monty.

As a lifelong carpenter, a safety tip. I could hear the saw blade pinch (whine), you were on your knees right behind the saw. Had the saw really bound, pinched, the kickback would have been on you in tenths of a second . Not being critical or a hater, just want you to practice safety. 🙂 have cut myself 2 times on table saws and 1 time on a maitre saw, luckily I still have, all fingers, just one nail clipped. That's 55 yrs. Be safe, never stand or kneel directly behind any saw. And I can say... been there, and wish I hadn't,!

Great video again! Well done getting that done! (Scribing you just need to do either the top or side first and whatever one you're marking, say across the top keep the scribe perfectly vertical and when scribing down the side keep it perfectly horizontal-otherwise the measurements will always be off). In other words always equidistant from the wall/surface your scribing (but if easier Like you were doing before) just do one piece to get the top and curve right in cardboard - then another piece to get the side right in cardboard, then join them together so you can make sure it all lines up as one piece,(then transfer it as one piece to the sheet wood to cut..) ...But you're doing ABSOLUTELY great!! Well done! 👍❤️😎🏴
