This is a simple single color print job. Single man job, 170 shirts.
3.8 hours single color single sided, single person.
110 Mesh aluminum screen 20x24
IC 7100 Low Cure Poly Low Cure Poly White Plastisol Ink , with a hint of Soft Hand Additive to give it a nicer feel.
Riley Hopkins 4/4 press
Black Buddy Conveyor Dryer
Ryonet Flash Dryer
100% Cotton AAA (Alstyle t-shirts) 6oz heavyweight
Two coats to get that nice white opaque output.

Hey I've been printing for over 8 years now and I see couple things that can improve the time your spending per shirt. As we all know time is money. Having your flash already on the board before you start loading is key. you want the boards warm anyway since the stickiness of your tack will hold up better when warm. so load your first paper then go ahead and print . as you keep loading and printing the first shirt you loaded and printed is already flashed dry and ready for hit number 2. print all four for a second time then you can unload and reload and print and repeat the whole process. granted you will have to move your boards when unloading then loafing because you don't want the shirt to be under the flash for very long. anyways! just thought I could help. Do you warm up your white ink before you get started im have a hard time printing white ink

Steven Coffman Yes you should mix it really well. You can place the container on top of your heat dryer to get it a bit warm. Or try to soften it some of the ink softener.

Sit ink in warm bucket of water before printing not too hot but good enough
