thank you are my savior.. maybe you have solution aswell for sesh evo that is not pairing each bud left and right. i can only use one each time.

That is one of the nice features. You pair the left to your phone and the right to a laptop for example. Sometimes, you may see Sesh Evo-LE and that should be the left. You should see 3 colors. I think pink for left, blue for right and orange for stereo.

Put both in the case. Take both out at the same time. Turn off both at the same time. Turn on both and hold for the red/blue flash. Put down and grab your phone and try to pair (delete any old pairing for the buds) Of the left, right and stereo, connect to stereo. kzbin.info/www/bejne/b2rLpnqZjaeimMk

Hi um so my case to my earbuds the light won't turn on and I've even plugged it in and tested out the cords and the cords work just fine its just that the earbuds won't change are they like completely broken and can I still fix them

Hey hi my case is blinking when I place my left bud for charging and it wont stop blinking unless I put the case to charge , and there are no issues with right bud , the right bud when placed gets charged but left one goes in and it starts blinking. Can you help out on this please . Thanks in advance

I think the case is not compatible with FAST chargers which most people have now so when you plug it at the wall, it gets ignored. The case charges fast so USB charging is good enough. If charging from the PC isn't working and you've never got it to charge since owning it, customer service should be able to help you with a solution or replacement.

Do you know how to fix the charging problem with the case of SK Sesh Evo? Both of my earbugs work perfectly, but the case does not charge eventhoug it is plugged to a lap top or wall socket 😓😓😓

Can I assume that you were using a wall charger and all was fine and now it won't charge? If tes, how many watts is the charger pushing?

So my case plugs in and the first light will light up and flash, to indicate that it's charging. I'll have it plugged in for hours and zero charge. They are straight out of the box new. I'm using the cord it came with too.

@@StevePringle I've tried both. Same thing. Just the one flashing light. Plugged into my computer, PS4, outlet. Used different adapters too. Still no luck. It's the original Skullcandy cord that came with it. It was all still factory sealed.

I found that putting a rubber band around the case ( not super tight- but firm ) worked for me when I was out of ideas. My charger was working but the case needed to be a little tighter- I’m not sure why, but it worked for me.

@@victoriajones9964 That helps the buds keep on the contacts. Surprised it helps with the case unless it dropped and is opening up slightly.

Sounds like the battery is not keeping/taking a charge. That case will have to be swapped. Hopefully, you’re under warranty.

Omg TY. I just wanted it for work but, they both died suddenly. The video helped me charge one but the right is still dead(Brand new) but I don't get annoying flashing anymore and at least one starts charging. (It wouldn't even light up before!) I'll just have to deal with one earbud if the other doesn't turn on.

You're welcome. Try looking at the contacts and see if they look oxidized. If yes, a lint free cloth should help. You can also put the bud in the case and shake it. Sometimes, it doesn't line up and the shaking (while closed) helps it to line up.

Try cleaning the contacts on the case and buds with a lint free cloth and try again. Does the cable charge your phone normally?

In my tests, fast cables are good and fast adapters are bad. It seems the adapters are pushing too much juice which the case can't handle.

So james is my account and i used an apple brick of my ipad and it was not working....update:i Leaved the case stops blinking after 2 weeks and then i try to charge same problem .BLINKING

Hey guys. Just found he way to fix it (not charging, case blinking fast): diseamble the case, charge the lipo battery separetely, with imax or other hobbist charger. The battery has been lower than 3 volts, case doesnt recognise it. Like my comment if it helped for you.

Good morning. Are the buds flashing (pairing) or is it the case flashing (error)? Lastly, what color is it flashing and which model do you have?

If the bud on the right is flashing RED (low battery) only and not RED and BLUE (pairing) check to see if the contacts on the buds are clean of debris and oxidation. Q-tip can help.
