A trick I do is to use one bud at a time. When I receive the "battery low" alert, I take out the second bud and wait until I get the "connected" alert and then put the dying one to charge. Since one ear is free, I can hear what is happening around me and always have a working bud.

My problem is that only one of them turned on, it's the right one but I need to use the left to listen to music. I tried the tips but it didn't work out. Pls help

So no light on the left (battery depleted) or there is a light and no music (not paired) heard. Sesh Evo buds can split but Sesh, 1 bud pairs them both. In the ones I have tried, it is the left. I would say to double check but they are marked and shaped so you're not going to confuse them.

@@StevePringle I think the left is out of battery but the charging case is full charged and it isn't charging, I tried cleaning but I didn't work. Is there a specific time I should be shaking the case?

If you have cleaned the contacts on the case and buds with a lint free cloth and they look gold (clean) instead of brown (oxidized) then shake the case with the bud as soon as you place it inside.

@@prismytic01 it did, I basically did what the tutorial said but with on earbud. If I took them both out it would just die out immediately. I took the left one anf shook until I saw the red light and just left it there to charge

I was going to tell you there is a delay and that in some versions, you can only pair the left bud. 👍 In upgraded versions, you can pair the left (or right) to your phone and the right (or left) to your computer. This way you can listen to music from your phone in your left ear while hearing your Zoom Meeting on the PC in the right ear. If the right battery runs out first or you put it to charge, the left continues to work. In the non-upgraded version, you put the right to charge, and the left bud will automatically shut off. Not cool at all.

With Sesh Evo, you can use both at the same time on the same device for stereo sound. You can use 1 bud only and when you receive the "battery low" alert, pull out the one that was charging and charge the low one for maximum listening time.

Hey so I'm a little late to the party but I'm having problems with just the case for my spoke earbuds, the earbuds work just fine but when I take the case off the charger when it says that its fully charged the case just goes completely dead, this is my only pair of headphones, what should I do for this?

Sounds like the battery is depleted/not holding a charge. Question. What type of charger are you using? It may look like it's charging but actually isn't.

Using the original charging cable is great but is this with a cell phone brick, the USB Port on a computer or a power brick? Trying to see if maybe it needs a reset or it's dead on you.

Put it back and shake the case then open it and see if the light comes on. Sometimes they shift and you think they are charging but it is not.

Once I was watching a movie on my commute home. The case tilted in my pocket so it stopped charging and then paired itself back to my phone and caused my speakers to stop providing sound. Took me about 10 minutes to realize what had happened so I now also turn off Bluetooth when I don't need it.

I was watching a different video saying let it sit out for 24hrs and didn't want to so I just let them set out for 5min came to this side and was gonna try so I put them back in the case and the left finally turned on but I the future I promise to use this tip 😉👍

Still let it charge for 24 hours but make sure someone is around to keep an eye on it if you're leaving the case plugged in the electrical outlet.

My problem is that the right one wont stop blinking red and it wont make noise or turn on or off it just sits there blinking ed. The other one works perfectly fine so idk whats wrong.

Yeah it was only red, and it will either not stop blinking or turn off entirely when I'm not trying to charge it.

When your battery has less than 30 minutes of play time left, a voice prompt will notify you “battery low” and the LEDs will flash red every 5 seconds. It's probably too low to give you the audio alert. If new, I would contact support right away.

I think my case is just broken. Because the earbuds worked just fine but the case lights were not turning on. And it is not charging the earbuds. So I think ima just get new ones

I am having the same problem, but with Skullcandy Indy buds. None of the tips here helped. Any ideas other then leaving them out of the case (I tried that for 24hrs)

Did the Indy come with its own cable? When you connect to the PC, was it in the USB 2.0 or 3.0 port? Go for 2.0 if you can. I don't have access to an Indy but I may be able to get you a solution. Has it ever been charged or is this your first attempt?

@@StevePringle I got them from my brother. He said they worked fine last time he used them. I do have the original cord, but I'm not sure if I connected to the 2.0 port not the 3.0 port. I will try that. The case is charged though.

If your brother got it when it came out, it's at least 3 years old and the warranty is only a year. I see reviews of people. Getting them swapped so it looks like this one may have died on you. If you can, ask him how he charges it and try that way. Do the buds have any juice left in them or did it drain? If it's not dead yet, look at the connector and pins and make sure oxidation, wax, lint, etc is not in the way.

Red lights = Earbuds are charging No Red Lights = Not charging or fully charged. White Lights = Case has some charge or is charging.

If the case appears to be charging, shake it with the buds inside. Sometimes, the bud doesn't line up with the pins so it won't charge.

No lights ! means it doesn't see power coming in or it's dead from using a rapid charger (25W) in the past. I'd that, it's a paperweight now.

Hey guys. Just found he way to fix it: diseamble the case, charge the lipo battery separetely, with imax or other hobbist charger. The battery has been lower than 3 volts, case doesnt recognise it. Like my comment if it helped for you.

@@StevePringle I have left them out for 24 hours. They did not drain the battery to reset the case. I have plugged in my case to my computer. To the wall. 3 different cables. Hold both for 10 seconds to reset. Both inside the case and out. Left the case on the charger all night. Left them off the charger all night. Nothing. So tomorrow I'm going to go switch them out with new ones. I think I just got unlucky. lol

@@double_carson2537 That's terrible news. Do you have the Sesh or Sesh Evo? I find the Evo (upgraded) to be a bit more reliable and each bud runs solo. I could use the left with my phone and loan you the right to use with your phone but the regular Sesh, if the left runs out of battery or if you shut it off, the right turns off too which is frustrating.

Ah! You have the Sesh and not Sesh Evo. I would check the pins on the case and the contacts on the buds. See if the contacts need to be gently cleaned and if the pins are even and move freely.

Is this the first time charging or have you had it for a while? If you had it for a while and used a rapid charger, it might be damaged.

I see. There have been instances where a powerful charger was used and was fine and then one day, POOF! and no more charging. Some did get it working again but it did hold a charge like it did at first.
