Brilliant review as always. I've been waiting for your opinion on these for a while. Please can you either compare these to the Fortress T1's or give your opinion of which of these products provides the best protection and shock absorption. Many thanks.🥊

I love these, what’s funny is I’ve been doing the same method you did for years. I use these for 10 oz fight gloves on the bag and no issues for years.

Not gonna lie was super sceptical about these but I like the way you use them and you definitely changed my opinion on them, think I'll wait to see if any uk suppliers pick them up though!

Love these reviews so thank you. If you bought again would you buy the red or is green overkill even though you love them. I got medium to small hands. Hope the sellers see this they make them like yours if there do hope you get a commission lol. T.y again

hi simon, it has nothing to do with the video, but what do you prefer from your point of view, the synthetic leather of fly or rival?? Thanks Simon!!
@Fit2Box9 ай бұрын
Fly is softer more ‘leather like’ Rival is tougher more durable So my preference would be the softer Fly

How much does the wrap further compress the gel? mm or out the inch. So you think it's better to do a wrap layer underneath the gel rather than letting the gel ride & sit directly into the skin with friction & moisture? I seen people with burns before. Currently I like the FLY wraps with the longer wrap best, just takes a bit longer to put on but the gel support is enough.
@Fit2Box9 ай бұрын
I think a wrap layer under the gel to stop any friction and moisture

@@Fit2Box I use the Fortress t.5 in my tighter gloves mainly just to soak up the sweat with a little bit of padding, with a k-guard, I doubt i'd get them in, Sanabul gel wraps are supposed to be thinner profile than RDX & slightly better quality than Repton. I also like the gel padding in the Grace Gears & additional grip bar so I might start using them more with some wrap to compress it down, rather than the FLYs. My favourite glove for comfort & thumb placement is the 10oz RDX Kara, I just have to be aware not to punch as hard with it not to flex my wrist back, I use it on the free stand kickboxing bag for cardio, along with my 10oz Intellishock Rivals. Got a pair of Eizo Supreme 14oz lace up last week their somewhat similair in comfort to the RDX Kara but the grip bar & thumb is slightly off, I use the FLYs with those atm on the 40kg heavy bag & 60kg Aqua bag. Padding on the Adidas Tilt 150 10oz is great even better than the 14oz glove, but everything else about the glove sucks not sure if it's worth the upgrade to the 350s in lace up 14oz.

Great video. Great edit too, as it's nice to see that it went a little wrong with the tape at first, but it warns the buyer that the shiny outer surface can come off, so it's an educational misadventure 😂😂 Thanks coach Simon 🙏🏻 enjoy
