SKUSA Pro Tour Round #1 - Orlando Main Event - Pro Shifter

Ride on board my Factory Karts / IAME 175 shifter kart for Round #1 of the SKUSA Pro Tour at Orlando Kart Center.
We started the Main Event 3rd, got by AJ on lap 1 after he made a mistake, and Danny drove away the first couple laps. From about lap 6 the tires came in and we caught back up as Danny started sliding, and spent the rest of the race trying to get by, but he was fast in all the right places.
Unfortunately that little jump at the start got me a penalty so we ended up 4th overall, but we made up for it the next day at Round #2 ;)

You absolutely killed em in the hard braking zones and getting into the corner. Looks like the KZ was smoother (and thus faster) off the tight corners. Everywhere else, the 175 power was on par with the KZ. Great drive. Congrats on the well-earned win.

Most American tracks suck for shifter karts. Too short, too tight.

That’s the whole idea! It takes way more skill to run a shorter track than a bigger track.
