You did a wonderful job here...not an easy song to sing...and you sing it well, let alone play on guitar. Cheers

I've loved this song for over 20 years. one of Jackson's best. I searched for a guitar version to try to learn it on my guitar, and I found your amazing video. If you missed some notes, I couldn't tell. I think it was a perfect acoustic guitar cover. Thank you for sharing it!!!

Excellent. I’ve been trying to figure out an acoustic guitar version of this song for a long time. It seems like it is better on piano but you did a great job transitioning it to the guitar.

You nailed the intro, but i find less strumming once i start singing and letting the voice cover the guitar has a better flow. See kzbin.info/www/bejne/m2PcfHyir9KGnMk He has so many versions depending on situation. Also in his later years, he's lowered the key he sings a lot of his songs in if you think that would be applicable. I actually have one of my guitars tuned down to B. I did it so i wouldn't have to change chord forms to transpose, but unintended perks were that it sounds awesomely pianoish on the low strings. The slack strings make it easier on the fingers, and for me, capoing up making the neck wider at the 1st position is a plus. I tended to write songs higher than i could sing them in standard 440 tuning, but now i just capo up to E, write the song, then move the capo down into my range between E @ the 5th fret and the nut.

Thanks. I sometimes tune down to Eb. I like a sparse but present strum to have a little movement.
