I mean she only needed one point for the double double and the crowd and the kids in the arena were going crazy for her to get it. I think the kids would’ve been really sad if she didn’t at least attempt a shot so I’m happy the team gave her the ball. Truthfully the streak could end and she could easily start another one but i think it’s really cool how it evolved from an individual stat to all Chicago sky fans wanting her to keep the streak. She also played extremely well defensively and didn’t attempt many shots this game plus she had the largest +/- on the team showing her impact so it was a bit of a reward honestly. I think the streak should end when she has like a bad game then it won’t be so bad but when someone shows effort and didn’t get to hunt shots then it’s okay for her to take one free throw since she was one point away from

My opinion Angel is a good player hustles hard, gets rebounds even if most are from missed wide open layups. She is not as skilled as CC, that's a fact. She is not well rounded like CC that's a fact. If you are trying to assert that Angel Reese is a better player and more value to her team than CC then you know nothing about basketball. She doesn't just shoot 3's she is an amazing passer her team is better when she is on the floor and that is a fact. Look at the last game vs mercury when she was pulled out of the game her team almost blow a 31 point lead. Maybe if you actually watch the games and not just the highlights you wouldn't make such a comment. Angel is a good player I give her props but no where on the level talent and skill CC that is also a fact. Look at the fever's record compared to last season vs the Sky's record. Right now fever are 10 - 14, in 2023 they ended the season 13 - 27. They are a far better team than last year the numbers don't lie. There is no way Angel Reese gets Rookie of the year if we go just based of performance, stats, and marketability. But the Woke WNBA will try and find a way to give it to Angel.

What a joke! July 11 against New York, Reese missed a 2 foot layup (collecting a rebound) then missed a 1 foot layup with less than 3 minutes left in the game. Obvious she missed on purpose just to collect a rebound. She finished with 10 and 10, hardly impressive, especially when she was missing layups that could have kept them in the game. Same with the previous day when she stayed with a few seconds left and the game out of reach just to get to 10 and 10. Chamberlain had over 200 straight, and had many 50 point games with over 20 rebounds. Look at her almost total absence of assists. 5 for 17 shooting just to hopefully add to the rebounds. Playing a full game and getting 10 points at her height is not impressive.
