That statement on Fuwaros is basically why I often play builds like this without Maxx "C" in Master Duel. People stack their deck with counters to the thing and you'd rather have an extra board breaker than try to bait out their Ash only to eat a Talents or Thrust.

When it comes to siding cards in, what are the cards you would generally swap out from this list against different matchups? Still pretty new to the game, and always struggle with figuring out what to remove from the deck to make space to side.

It all depends on the matchup If you're up against a backrow deck, you usually side out stuff raigeki and droplet If you're up against a deck that floats a lot, you'd side out lightning storm and raigeki If you're up against a deck with protection effects or negates you side out raigeki and lightning storm If you're up against a deck that doesn't play backrow you side out backrow hate
