Device 12-48VDC 5CH*6A WiFi & RF 5 in 1 LED Controller V5-L(WT) (Tuya App) When connecting to the controller LED strip RBG+CCT and following the settings specified in the instructions for the device, the controller switches to DIM mode and sees this LED strip as monochrome: color temperature changes and RGB color management are not available. After holding the MATCH button, the controller's LED flashes and turns white after a few seconds. I tried to connect in RGB mode, with the appropriate DIP switch setting and holding MATCH button set time, nothing has changed, only DIM mode. Resetting the settings by rebooting the device does not help. The Tuya app also defines the RGB+CCT LED tape as DIM mode only. All connections are made by a qualified specialist, in compliance with the recommendations specified in the instructions. Please help me solve this problem. Thank you.
