I forgot to add this. I was flying a couple of days ago from Squaw Butte, which is just north of Emmett, ID and the wind was 25+. Doing a catch landing scared the crap out of me, you showed me that I should trust the drone to land on the target

Great video Marcus. Beautiful place to fly... nothing like that around here, just lots of forests. Yeah, I am always impressed with the case landing how app show's SK2 shadow when near the ground and locking onto case's logo, picking up the camera, and landing centered to case each time...

I didn’t buy the Skydio because it wouldn’t fly at night. I waited and got the Mavic Air2 which I love. I didn’t really like the Skydio’s controller either. But now after 2 years on the market and the dozen of times I’ve flown after twilight, I wish I would have gone ahead and gotten the Skydio. Haven’t heard a lot from them lately in the consumer/ hobbiest area. I hope they haven’t forgotten about us!!!!!

That orange band on the wall is interesting. Your drone must be a naval drone with that carrier landing. Camera is excellent. Resolution is just outstanding. i'm curious about the altitude when you were below the rim, was it negative. Great flight. I'm gonna watch again.

Thank you Quentin! I enjoy both drones for different reasons. The Skydio is the king of autonomous flight, but the DJI drones are better for all around use. I like owning both of them. 🙂

You're definitely confusing us with your hair. Either, You're wearing a wig on this flight, or you flew this many days ago and posted it 'out of sequence'. I'm betting on the wig idea❗❗ Great flight and a little different geology going on there. The yellow/orange sandstone isn't evident in the vids from your normal location, but adds good color here. 👍 Take care and thanks for sharing with us.
