You adjust your body to increase and decrease drag. If you keep your body tight as if you were diving into a pool with your hands at your side you will decrease drag and increase in speed, if you spread your limbs and present your torso towards the ground you will increase drag. For turning and moving you increase drag on one side vs the other depending on where you want to go. For instance diving straight down chest towards the ground body level with the earth if you adjust right with your left side taking more drag you will cut right. Once the parachute is deployed in order to turn you pull the side of the chute you want to go deep towards your chest for a hard slip, when it’s time to land you pull both sides down deep for maximum drag right before landing that comes close to arresting your momentum.

Actually the world record is this video. Over the skies of Chicago, Illinois on July 31, 2015 a world record organized by Rook Nelson was shattered. Exiting from 7 separate aircraft and given only 75 seconds, 164 skydivers completed the largest vertical formation skydive the world had ever seen.

Atmosphere of mars is way to thin tp do something like that. The terminal velocity would be very high. In fact so high, that you would need to jump from space. And this means you wpuld go like mah 2 at some point, and that would be quite a problem to slow down using parachute only

Technically, they all achieved the terminal velocity. Just after leaving the plane, there is just weight and, therefore, it accelerates. The air resistance, on the other hand, increases while accelerating. Eventually, the weight is equal to the air resistance. Therefore, there is no resultant force on them and no acceleration.

If you were to free fall inside of a hollow object with no airflow, you would feel zero G's of force and your blood would free float with minimal pressure points no matter the direction. When you are skydiving, you feel the wind wind pushing against you super hard, so the zero g effect is almost lost.

For as long as you are accelerating at close to 1g, no. But terminal velocity will be reached rather fast, at which point it would about the same as doing a handstand. So yes, blood does rush to the head, but the fall won't be long enough for that to be a big problem.
