SKYGLASS HAS TOTALLY FAILED WHAT ARE SKY GOING TO DO

I cancelled my Sky Q for this. I've only had it since last Wednesday. Well. it's going back in the box. Lucky I've got my cool off period. Goodbye. Sky Glass. What a load of rubbish.!

They say to not unplug, as you can do it, but really you do! All you got to do is unplug it couple of secs and put in back within those seconds hold the power button down, until the red power starts flashing then remove it’ll start the recovery mode

happened to me once. Unplugged for an hour or so from mains. Sorted.

Still having problems i went to sky's help page followed step by step even resetting the remote by pressing buttons 4 & 6 together then switch it back on hold the standby button on the right side of the TV still nothing i might leave it switched off at the mains till morning then see what happens grrr

That sky glass is an absolute scam. It’s a bang average screen. And the soundbar takes up a part of the screen. No HDMI 2.1 or 120hz. Rotten product. Not to mention, no recording either. It’s a feature striped product in comparison with Sky Q
