Utter rubbish. In Donegal in 1997/98 we had a storm which clocked gusts of 120mph at Malin Head. It ripped half the slate roof off my house. A couple of years later in Inishowen we had a Tornado come up the Carndonagh road through the town of Moville which ripped apart two warehouses with focussed winds of over 120mph. This was not usual, but at the same time not extraordinary.
