A mandate backed up by a duly signed contract is lawfully and legally binding however, if a mandate is applied to you without a contract signed by you then you have just become a victim of a Criminal Act. If someone tries to mandate you and you did not sign a contract and you did not agree to this mandate it is a criminal act that they are doing, it is escalating upon Tortuous Act, an act that brings harm to someone - one that infringes on the rights of others. A mandate without a contract is FRAUD. To try and impose a fraudulent mandate on you is a crime that is punishable up to five years in imprisonment. If any employers mandated you to have a vaccine without your consent by way of contract, they are liable for imprisonment. If employees/people new these basics then none of this would have happened as they would have served notice on their boss saying your trying to mandate me to have a vaccine, I never signed this contract to give you the authority to do this, you can sue them in court.

Regrettably it appears Australians learned nothing about the pandemic after it. Many are still living oblivious to the known medical facts that have been amounting in peer reviewed medical papers around the world, Including the majority of leaders who would rather we all move on and just forget otherwise their leadership might be called into serious question.

In my opinion, she should have been charged with manslaughter for refusing a NSW baby hospitalisation in Aueensland, and who subsequently died. She is abominable, no less so than Andrews and McGowan, and not one premier is blameless either.

One life here substantially damaged by the Morrison / NSW luxury hotel bailout scheme. The quarantine was fine. What wasn't fine was the high price tag to returning citizens, with no consideration of ability to pay. On the rare occasion that I paid for a hotel room while resident overseas, it was perhaps $25 a day. Much more was simply out of reach. But my welcome home? $215 per day. Agonisingly difficult for a VERY mature-age, high-distinction student, _entirely healthy,_ but entirely without income at that point. And the pandemic being what it was, that $3000 was by no means the only heavy expense.
