‘She’s a commentator’: Rita Panahi slams Laura Tingle for calling Australia ‘racist’

Sky News host Rita Panahi has labelled ABC host Laura Tingle a “commentator” and “not a correspondent” following her speech at the Sydney Writer’s Festival.
In a speech at the Sydney Writer’s Festival, ABC host Laura Tingle labelled Australia a ‘racist’ country.
“She’s not a correspondent, she’s a commentator,” Ms Panahi said.
“Those lines at the ABC between opinion … and strictly news reporting are completely blurred. I would argue there are no lines.”
