Albo could win if he started supporting the two thirds of Australians who love this country, instead of supporting the one third of hyphenated Australians who think it is fashionable to despise this country, but prefer to live here.

The part of this conversation that is missing is that there is very minimal differentiation between the two parties. Nobody likes Albo but what are the conservatives offering that is different? They won't oppose Net Zero, bring down migration nor propose any real economic reforms themselves such as cutting the size of government by at least 30%. Nobody sees them as a solution to anything.
