@@thomassimmer5186 yes, most of the public believe that all prosecutions are because of some sort of infraction by the prosecuted, but it is often true that these are more about the extra-judicious motivations of prosecutors...the "selective enforcement" of statutes and policies is basically corrupt...all men are supposed to be created equal IN THE EYES OF THE LAW...some prosecuted/ some not...this is a plain refusal to follow a basic tenet of the US Constirution.
