Diplomatic Immunity is probably my favourite quest in Skyrim. I love that when you’re away from the party and upstairs, you can hear a really nice Flute being played in the party hall. I always sneak it and take my time to assassinate each person without getting detected (however I think there was a bug in this mission because as soon as you get outside you instantly get detected, I’ve tried invisibility potions but they always still see you!)

There definitely is a bug on that quest. I had a 100 Sneak skill, fully speced out, and I still got spotted going outside. This is a build that can go undetected in full daylight with full aggro mobs walking into me. Thankfully I also had done the Nightingale quests, so I popped that invisibility perk and dropped all the aggro rather quickly.

The one thing that I find lacking in ALL types of Fantasy/SyFy RPG games is the ABILITY to interact with pets/mounts/beasts/wild animals. I mean to the point of well, like you were doing, [ 3:21:30 ] trying to pet the dragon's chin! We have the technology to create these mannerisms/e-motes, etc. It'd be as easy as making the "wave" or "clap" movement! Well, anyways... after 8 years of NOT being able to play Skyrim, I FINALLY have a brand new BEAST of a computer coming in 3 weeks [i9 series monster loaded to the teeth] and will FINALLY be able to go back into Skyrim and complete the game the way I LIKE to complete games.... which is the "leave no stone unturned completionist" style of gaming and get all of the Steam Achievements. There's so much that's been added to the game by the modding community that I have NO IDEA where to begin, what to load, what to avoid adding, and what would be most beneficial to the immersion and enjoyment of the game. I remember that the last place I left off before losing the ability to run the game was being with the Greybeards and then I was sent on a quest to go way off to a harbor town to look for someone. Honestly, maybe I should just go back to the beginning and play it with no modded add-ons so I can "remember" the feel of being so far North in Nirn. Love this stream though.... Sat here all night watching part 1 and 2 of this walkthrough to get a little hype going for next month and brother, you always bring your A-game on stuff like this... Thanks for that! - *Nyl, The Ancient Elf*

I feel like shadow marks were inspired by the hobos, in the 1930s. They had marks that meant different things, and they would carve them into people's fences and stuff. Like if someone would give them food, they'd put a friendly mark on their mailbox or fence. I just thought that was interesting. That's what shadow marks made me think of.

Hey, ESO, I'm not sure exactly when it was made, but there is the MOD called the parthurnax dellema, that allows you to convince the blades that Parthurnax deserves to be kept alive due to changing his ways, and they reluctantly decide the Dragonborn is right and they will still follow you, so you can still have the help from the Blades AND the Greybeards.

Blades are there to serve DB and need to be reminded of that. As Edward Longshanks said in ‘Brave Heart’ “Who is this person that speaks to me as though I needed his advice?” I only had one Blades quest to do which was to find recruits so just didn’t bother with them, as not important any more.

The alcoholic dude that you meet when you first get to the thalmor embassy if you go and grab any drink anywhere and give it to him you can ask him to cause the distraction and he'll make a huge scene by insulting the thalmor ambassador herself. Depends on the build. My current build really needs Dragonrend. So I'm doing the main quest first. When I play a build that doesn't need Dragonrend, I don't start the main at all.
