From ep 9 we’ll have the mining animation back for good. All the mods crashed Slacks Skyrim.

I never actually concluded that any of my mods were causing the mysterious crash. I only uninstalled all my mods and re-installed Skyrim to begin a process of elimination to attempt to isolate the cause of the crash. After some extensive testing with various Steam settings and gradually reinstalling some of my mods, I've come to strongly suspect that an essential background app called Steam Common Redistributables was the real culprit causing the mysterious crashes (because I disabled auto-updates on it, long story why I did that). So there will be about 3 or 4 completely vanilla Skyrim episodes next week after which everything will go back to 'normal' (modded Skyrim).

This. Bosmer is by far my favourite race, but I fear it'll be very very similar to Khajiit. Harder to level sneak at the start but easier in the long run because armour.

A couple really nice quality-of-life mods are Atlas Map Markers and Simple Horses or Call Horse. Atlas adds makers to shops as well as those little hidden places. Let's you fast travel straight to bannered mare or companion hall for example. I mostly like it for discovering obscure locations like that wolf den with the deer carcass you passed by at 26:20. There is a chest on the ledge to the right of the entrance, you can kinda see it on the video but it's in an odd place and blends in with the wood around it. The horse mod is for adding a power to call your last ridden horse so you don't have to fast travel to find it.

Just a heads up assault is a stupid "crime" that ticks up every time a bandit or vampire are at low health and yell "no, please stop, I give up" and you finish them off

Slack, been watching your videos for years. Would like to suggest a run idea. This was popular in dark souls. Called a class run. Example A thief run would restrict the run with only investing points into Light armor, Sneak, Lockpick, Alchemy, pickpocket and speech. Only daggers allowed. Pure thief. I don't know, maybe you've done. If not give it a thought! 😊 I will watch videos forever!! Big fan.

I adapted this playthrough on AE by catching my own horse, forging a fishing rod and a backpack, etc. Nor using survival mode yet but I want to try it. I did stray from rules of engagement by eating blue mountain flowers and purple mountain flowers to recovery small amounts of health and stamina.

@@deimos351 don't know if you tried legendary without limitations but alchemy is one of the most useful skills. You can fortify heavy armour and create poisons of paralysis or fortify your damage output. Then there's all your restore health and stamina potions. So I'd say in terms of how screwed probably a 7, I reckon you could overcome it if you were smart about where you go and cooked a lot of food

Slack i need your opinion on this, i'm doing a pure redguard run and here's the problem, redguards have block as one of their skills, however they do not have any type of armor, and as you know shields lvls up the armor skill of it's type, so what now, use any type of shield or just avoid block?

If you're only equipping a shield, it will not level up the armor skill of its type.

Who the what now? Why not block? It's a legitimate Redguard skill. The armor rating even from an improved shield is not going to be worth a damn on Legendary difficulty.

Well, you can beat the whole game in four in-game days if you do no prep, so theoretically you can do it within a week and a half on Legendary without TOO many issues.

First of all, running doesn't consume any stamina at all. I'm presuming you're referring to sprinting. Assuming you're referring to sprinting, now define "warhammer out". And finally, define "drastically". As in, show us the exact numbers, e.g., sprinting with the "warhammer out" (whatever that means) results in a 10% / 30% / 50% increase in stamina consumption. Which is it exactly? Or do you even know?

@Ash Hunt, being required to use magic to enter the College of Winterhold is a one-time quest-related activity. That's always been exempt from any pure-race rules of engagement. That's what I've always done in previous walkthroughs.

Kept running with weapons out. How long have you been playing skyrim? I mean legendary difficulty is still the same 1 hit delete as a knife or bow main.
