I've learned not to Auto Harvest in the house. Ended up with 1000+ items and 13 million in septims. Became super overburdened and crawled around the house lol. Otherwise it's a great place and I can't wait for future updates on the house.

You should also try out Blackthorn, its pretty much the same but it allows you to build an entire city, including walls, multiple shops & houses for villagers and a mansion with tons of storage as well as a guard barrack, ect. Takes forever to build tho and costs thousands of septims.

This mod works great with Heljarchen Hall Reform and there is a patch to make them work, so like building a mini town from ground up.

you can get super high gold production from alchemy using the 3 plantables: mora taponella shrooms around whiterun, scaly poliota shrooms around riften, and creep cluster roots around eastmarch. My top gold maker, and first thing I start to farm :) Just make a ton of that potion and as your alchemy increases so does the resale value.

You should check out the player home mod Nchuzzrezar. It is easily the most beautiful house mod I have ever seen, and it is very overlooked. It is a very lore friendly dwemmer mansion built into a mountainside in he he falkreach that covers a massive custom modded dwemmer dungeon with its own quest. The house itself contains a massive list of possible upgrades, such as a bath, library, workstation, farm, and a massive treasure room with special places for storing rare items, such as dragon masks and dragonbane. It also includes barracks for many companions, dwemmer robotic butlers and guards, a lookout tower on top of the mountain, and, if you complete the quests, a portal room giving you access to any dwemmer ruin. The mod maker recently began working on the mod again, and a big update is expected sometime this year. IMPORTANT information regarding the optional file: Due to requests, I have uploaded an alternate version of the mod that includes a few additional rooms inside the cellar for housing a spouse and adopted children. HOWEVER, as a compromise, I have not implemented proper support to move your family properly. A mod such as Custom Family Home will be required to do this. To use the optional file, you will need the latest mainfile as well. Once both the mainfile and optional file have been installed, you must set the Heljarchen Farm Additional Family Room ESP to load after the main one in order to function correctly. Does the location of the farm hinder my ability to build Heljarchen Hall, the Hearthfire DLC home in the Pale? It looks like the location of the farm is right on top of that of the estate, and that I can't build both without them being on top of one another.

There should be a notice posted/nailed to a column somewhere. If you're at Whiterun, there should be a notice to buy the property nailed to that post at the bottom of the stairs (just outside the Drunken Huntsman). Which is right across the street from the blacksmith's shop. Then talk to the Huntsman vendor to buy the deed to the property.

Yusif Huseynov if i'm not wrong i remember there was a mod called face descoloration fix which fixed the random darker face of some followers or npcs might work for you

the problem you have is the Grey Face Bug.. and is entirely the fault of the Mod Author not exporting the FaceGen to the Mod Files. If you have the creation kit you can fix the issue yourself... but it might be kind a hard. Here's how though. Unpack the mod, copy the meshes and textures folders into the Data Folder. If you have other items in those folders because you aren't using MO this could get complex. Make sure you remember the names of the mod folders. Next put a copy of the mod esp file into the Data Folder. Open Creation Kit, load the mod esp as an active file (plus any masters it requires) Figure out what the naming system the mod author used for his NPCs. Then click once (highlight) a NPC from the mod. With the NPC highlighted push Ctrl + F4. CK will ask if you want to export facegen data. Say yes. Do this for every NPC the mod adds. Make any other changes you might wish at this time to the mod (remember you can't upload the mod as you your own... you just modded it to work for you, you didn't create it) Save and exit CK. Make a new folder on desktop place the meshes and texture folders of the mod (NOT the entire folders if you had anything else in those folders in the Data) from the Data folder into the this new folder. Makes sure there are only just Meshes and textures. If there is a scripts folder in the original mod you'll need that as well plus any sounds etc. Copy the fixed esp of the mod from your Data Folder and put it in your new folder. Check your work by seeing that the new folder has all the correct file paths as the original. Your version should have a FacegenData in it with a character assets sub folder. Now zip up the new folder naming it something you can remember. You can now install that file as the mod, but make sure to uninstall the original first. This *should* work. I won't guarantee it 100% as this is written without actually seeing your problem and not having the mod installed Myself, but what you described is the Grey Face Bug. I run into it alot when making My mods. I suggest using MO to install it so it fucks up you can just remove it and replace with the original mod which you should of course keep on hand. Hope this helped.

The author abandoned this mod after porting it to SE. It does not function anymore. Workbench disappears, missing mesh causes CTDs, buildings don't appear properly when built. Author checks the forums and yet doesn't respond to any of this.
