Ive noticed that when upgrading the alchemy lab (advanced), the table is unusable. i cant access it at all. even when trying to disassemble it...nothing. i have to use a scroll of legends to reset all of my points in order to use the table

Trying to figure out how the light armor perk that says you dont need a helmet to benefit from "if wearing all light armor" perk works. Like do i still get the 20% armor boost without the helm if in wearing a dragon priest mask?
