The worst thing about skill tree mods is that you can't use many of them, which drives me insane, when there are things I want form different mods. I've just started a Ordinator Mage playthrough and spent hours pouring over just what trees do what and what skills I will use to make the type of mage I want. This is a great general overview of the Mage skills that reflects more or less what you'll be getting into. Beggars can't be choosers, but I hope the next installments of this series will be in a little quicker, because I'm looking forward to doing a warrior and thief playthrough with this mod, and I really appreciate the summaries to help me get started, like with the PerMa and its corresponding videos! Skyrim is surely setting whole new milestones here, as one quick glance at the Nexus is enough to see that Skyrim Modding is still going VERY strong, and the quality of the mods seems to be at whole new levels. It is the ONLY game that I've ever known myself to play through 6 or 7 times and each time was an entirely new game and experience, all because of mods. Playthrough one might be Perma with Jk's skyrim, whilst two will be ordinator and immersive citizens, it really is incredible and I do hope it continues! Massive shout out to the modders obviously, whose talents are becoming more and more evident by the day!

Its the first mod ive ever installed in skyrim after 10 years of playing and i couldnt pick a better mod! Now i start every save regardless of build with going to solitude and performing candellight glitch to get few lvls in alteration to get few amazing all purpose perks like philosophers stone (passive gold income every 24h) alter self (to boost some stats) and variant magic (for casting high lvl spells without investing in the school of magic). During single month ive already played as -necromancer with army of skeletons and only supportive spells -Palladin focused on shield parring and smiting with mace and heavy armour and shouting (perks from a speech tree) ((i love 100% reduction of fall dmg from heavy armour)) -light armour kajith monk with only fist dmg (absolutely my favorite, with fortify stamina enchantments and spell scribe perk with high lvl destruction spell you oneshot most of the enemies with your bare hands its super fun with great mobility) -and two handed tank with focus on potions to boost his abilities like a stim pack for a space marine (i think about coming back a little bit to the skeletons because heavy armour has great perk that combos with it) I absolutely adore this mod and i recommend every single build from this list to anyone (especially the monk one).

For anyone who wants to change their play style later down the line but already used the “Miracle” perk once, just disable the mod, load in a save, quit back to main menu, re-enable the mod, and all of your perks points will be refunded, allowing you to use Miracle on a new item. (yes, disabling the mod does delete all enchantments on items that were previously applied with this mod active)

I played through Ordinator as a 2 handed weapon using, heavily armored, master smith orc who also was pretty decent at enchanting.. The 2 handed tree was pretty disappointing, so was the heavy armor. Enchanting was heavily focused on the use staffs, which made a staff-playthrough completely possible. The smithing skill tree is really well made, you could get 1 enhanced workbench (which made all upgrades 20% stronger or something), or an enhanced grindstone. You can also focus on several other things like heavy armor, 1 or 2 handed weaponry etc.

This mod is, by far, the best one I've ever downloaded. Not only does it make a monk class workable better than Way of the Monk ever did, it does so without leveling problems. It makes the in-game lore of specialists, like elemental mages, make more sense. Whether you play normal or are a console cheat player like myself, you think very carefully about wanting a certain perk. He's even made the console help prompt easy to identify reworked perks you want to remove. I wouldn't know how to code for that shit, so high praises for that. This mod works retroactively for existing characters with only very few glitches. You'll occasionally encounter among hostile NPCs a stiff, stripped-down, headless enemy on a retroactive character, but if you play a new character after installing the mod that doesn't appear to crop up. While I do miss the unbreakable lockpicking perk, I'll gladly eat that loss if it meant putting it back messes with the current layout. So far, I'm still experimenting with various characters, but I love the Rat King perk and the line of perks for making skeletal warriors and mages. Also, rendering an animal companion and a few other things means that Rangers seems more ranger-like. While I'm not a fan of the Avatar, Last Airbender type attack waves of the unarmed line of perks, I'll again put up with that, because unarmed really is unarmed, and not a weapon that can be taken from you in the Cidhna Mines quest line. I can't vote for this on Nexus Mods, but I give this my strongest endorsement of any mod I've played with.

These perk videos take much longer to make than the average spotlight and it's difficult to compile 100s of perks into a few minutes. Then to top it all off the mod was being updated often thanks to the authors speedy response to bugs/balancing issues. However we saw a lot of comments on recent videos asking for the more Ordinator, so we thought we'd at least do 'The Mage' to see if there's any actual demand for it, or whether it's just the vocal minority. Maybe could be a mod turn follower into Vampire, just like the Vampire movies, use glamoring then turn anyone into a vampire, have vampire brides, it could be apart of the vampire perk tree, earn the turn other into a vampire perk through feeding on enemies using vampire magic to kill feeding from sleeping people.

PerMa is such a headache to get working properly due to the PaMa patching process and all the merged patches to rebalance all vanilla and mod-added stats to PerMa's levels. I do like this perk overhaul because unlike PermaAndRequiem, this has such a lower load on a machine. I went back to Requiem to give it a try, and already I am about to remove it and go back to Ordinator. Much easier in terms of compatability also, and no need for dealing with SkyProc Patchers. Reuiqme has vastly improved its system for its patcher, making it easier, but still... I wish I could get Ordinator's perks with the mass effect system from Requiem.

There are two perks that I absolutely hate. One summons skeevers every time I sneak attack, which give my location away and get in the way of my attacks. The other puts me on a pillar whenever I stand still, messing up my aiming.
