It’s part of a Thalmor faction overhaul mod called “Arma Thalmoris”, available on Nexus Mods.

Thanks! This one was a hassle to make. It was fun, don’t get me wrong, but a hassle nonetheless. It took forever to record, plus I outfit pretty much every NPC I spawn, and with some of the later, crazier fights in the video, my game crashed quite a few times ruining my footage. Still loved making it though!
