Lennox was by far my favourite boxer as a British fan of the sport from the age of nine in 1959 watching heavyweight boxing with my old dad dad, God bless you Lennox for sharing your knowledge with Fraser, may the best man win on the night of the fight and both fighters come out safe after the fight.

This is a cracking video. You can sense the huge respect Clarke has for Lennox, and is listening to every single word he says. On the the other side of it you can really sense that Lennox likes the lad, and not only likes him but dare I say it, he's impressed by him. It's just an all round great video.

Honestly this is just basic boxing ,Clarke needing to be told how to do basic boxing punches is really worrying ,he’s defined done already at top level after his last fight I can see why the guy doesn’t know how to throw proper punches and he’s already on the decline .

As someone who's loved and studied the craft, art and drama of boxing since I was a wee lad 40-odd years ago, this was a true treat - getting to watch a living legend of the sport calmly pass on simple gems to a current fighter. This a great for us viewers and for Frazer. Lennox done and won it all amateur and pro, ducked nobody and was a dominant champion in a golden era. Highly intelligent fighter with a ton of knowledge to pass on and the knowledge given to him by the late great Manny Steward. Priceless. Love how simple he keeps it. A toss up for 3rd all time with Larry Holmes for me behind Ali and Louis.

Frazer's best definately still ahead of him, great to see Lennox, an awesome human being, these two seem to jell well together Lewis and Clarke...whoever imagined these heavyweight fighters were pretty deep-thinking individuals, pretty intelligent blokes in my books, love this video btw Sky Sports...Lennox looks fantastic as usual, always did and still looks amazing. Need to train with Lennox sometimes Fraz, his advice is sublime stuff, the feedback is worth every second with him.
