I’ve heard some bad commentary over the years but that might have been the worst. Second round McKenna was battering Laws bar one or two punches, and the full commentary team spoke for 3 minutes about how hurt McKenna was and how brilliant Laws’ shots were.

McKenna has some good elements of technique. And a fantastic chin. But needs a lot of technical work in the gym to make the most of what he's got - on distance control, and not letting that right hand drop.

Seriously biased commentary by Sky in favour of the British fighter, which should be no surprise. Acting like everything Laws threw was close to a knockdown, and no-selling anything that McKenna was landing. I mean even at the start of round three when McKenna was knocking Laws down, they were complaining about McKenna's defence in that moment 😂

i have no clue what these boxers are taught in training..... if i were either of these guys and wanted a future in boxing i would look for new trainers as they have zero defense, zero jab, plenty of guts and heart but they won't last 4 rounds against a guy that can actually box properly. the trainers need to realise there's 'defense' and 'jab' pages in the training manuals lol

Wrong. Barnsley FC only sanctioned part of the stadium to be used when the show was agreed. Hence a 7k capacity. Hope this helps.
