He's Belgian. The differences between Europeans are quite minimal nowadays with thr emergence of the internet. He's also been in the country for around 5/6 years. You'd be surprised how fast some of these lads pick up British nuances.

He's a polyglot. Not only do they pick up languages easier than most, some pick up accents easily as well. They are able to observe others and mimic their speech patterns.

If there’s one thing that’s most important to remember from this video, it’s definitely that Andre isn’t even his name mate 😂😂 it amazes me how some people are allowed to be reporters when they don’t even know who they’re trying to interview 😂😂 I think the funniest part about the Andre incident was that it wasn’t a silly mistake made once, he was called Andre at least 4 or 5 times with complete confidence and surely after the third time he didn’t respond to Andre, you’d take a second to stop and think and hopefully realise his name is Amadou 😂😂
