As a Liverpool fan it's so nice seeing rival fans finally wake up and see him for the absolute gentleman that he is (and always was). I think he was quite unlucky during his time at Liverpool that he had Fergie as his rival, who could literally say anything and the media/the LMA manager union would lap it up. Even the 'Rafa rant' that has been immortalised and mocked by United fans since day one was slightly skewed -I think Liverpool won something like 8 of their next 10 matches, including a 4-1 spanking of United at their own ground. Absolute legend and even though he's at Everton, he'll always have a special place in our hearts!

If you add this season (Bruce's 3rd season) then yes he's had more points because it's more games. What was Bruce's net spend in the two seasons compared to Rafa? Both are legendary managers. I think Jose is better suited to top clubs like Inter and Chelsea whilst Rafa gets everything out of players at Everton, Newcastle and Liverpool and doesn't start sulking and complaining when things go bad. Rafa is a better manager now.

Rafa is doing so well at Everton. Ancelotti couldn't see we needed wingers and bottled games at home because our midfield was full of snails like Gomes, Sigurdsson, James and Allan. Now we have hard working wingers with pace and end product the whole team is better. Only spent £1.7 mil too.
