Also our midfield is porous and weak. We need to fix our defence, we are leaking in too much goals. City need rebuilding and also we need to adjust our tactics. Some ageing players need to be off load. At this moment we should fight hard to remain in the top 4, the players look exhausted and lack of motivation.

Tbh, it's about time Pep made tweaks to his strategy( make it better with small changes). Rodri not being there isn't why we're losing, it's because teams have found a way to counter the strategy as someone said down below. The strategy is still good and it works but it has so many loopholes and if he can reduce those loopholes and make a tweak on the attacking side because it's lacking( we can't keep passing outside the box for eternity ) because at this point we are jus hoping for the opponent to make a mistake

I don't buy that Rodri is reason for their poor form. I have seen them play without him last season for a couple of games when Rodri was suspended and they maintained quality. Besides they played Totenham which lacked key players like Romeru, instead teenagers were used. Rodri is an excuse. The issue is not only midfield, their defence is not that good and even attack is not that good at all. Players like Foden, Gundogan, are not stepping up as expected. So, I don't believe Rodri is the issue because I have seen them play without him and they played well.
