Denis Law my football hero. Jerseys for goal posts holding the ends of my sleeves in the palm of my hand with socks at my ankles just like Denis used to do. He will be missed. May God Bless you Denis you were one of the greats.

Lovely interview. Happy to hear Kidd also giving a nod to David Herd (another Scot) to which the King, I'm sure, would heartily agree. I also enjoyed his sharing Denis' insights on playing the position; straightforward sense rather than the endless drivel we hear from the commentariat. As for the joy of seeing him live "there are those that deny, or think that I lie, but those are the ones who never saw you" (Richard Thompson).
