Really wasn't expecting this game to be this long, it's crazy how much stuff they put into a fairly linear game. I'm just so used to linear games being like 10 to 20 hours long but I guess Zelda games are a bit different. I'm a bit of a newbie to the series and wanted to play the rest of them after BOTW/TOTK so naturally SS was the first thing on my mind since it's supposedly the 'first' Zelda game in terms of the timeline, had no clue I would end up spending weeks on it. Now I'm just watching old Eric's VODs while bored at work mainly to see some things I missed. Definitely an awesome game but I must admit I would've had a hard time getting into it at the beginning if it wasn't a Zelda title

If Skyloft has 9 graves in the graveyard, and 1 is a fake that is used to open a secret door, then where do all of the dead bodies go? Surely more than 8 people would have died and be buried in Skyloft over the thousands of years that Skyloft has existed, right? The existence of gravestones implies the tradition of burying the dead, so they must have done it at some point in time. Does that mean they throw the dead off of Skyloft or eat the dead bodies? It would probably be hard to keep a sustainable source of meat in the sky, and I highly doubt that they eat their loftwings because of the sacred connection to the goddess. So, do they hold community feasts to eat a dead person like the final scene in the original Grinch movie where the Grinch and the Whos all have a Christmas feast together? The headmaster of the academy cuts into the person, puts the meat on a plate, and passes it down a long line. But, imagine how funny it would be if some Bokoblin was wandering around the surface and then some body falls out of the sky and explodes upon impact. Then again, Skyloft does have a lot of ground beneath it. It wouldn't be impossible to dump a bunch of bodies in some deep holes in the ground and call it a day.
