When the lady outside the ruins mentioned the Daedroth, I remembered the quest from Morrowind and expected a rather short dungeon with a few rooms. But then the TESR team pulled the rug out out from underneath me and gave us a sprawling ruin with puzzles and diverse environments. Added on to additional relevant dialogue that wasn't in Morrowind and the wonder that is SkyUI, you could be forgiven for not recognizing the original source. It never occurred to me that SkyWind would be more of a re-visioning rather than a strict recreation. I was perfectly content with Morrowind but Skyrim gameplay... but this? I have no words, I am so utterly impressed at how much care and talent has gone into a fan-made project. If I could help in any of the ways mentioned I would in a heartbeat. May the Nine watch over you friends.
@brohvakiindova44524 жыл бұрын
in all honesty as I'm thinking of it now it is kind of needed for many locations simply because we're now used to a greater standard, especially the dwemer dungeons in morrowind were extremely dull with very few exceptions I'm interested in how they dealt with gameplay mechanics especially the tons of spells and spell and item crafting and equipment layering etc. I kind of hope they didn't have to abandon most for engine reasons, at least levitation is included (would be stupid not to given how essential it is)

@Палмер Элдрич Almost a decade since Skyrim, and all we have got out of Bethesda, regarding the next Elder Scrolls, is that they aren't actively working on it. At this point I reckon we should be happy if it's only 15 years between Elder Scrolls V Skyrim and Elder Scrolls VI Something.

@@rosassbm I've bought skyrim on multiple systems and I solely do it for the modding community. Bethesda makes bare bones games the further they progress and just let modders flesh out their laziness. If they returned to even half the RPG quality of Morrowind game play, i might be happier with their products. Until then, they can politely fuck off with the $100+ ive spent buying a skeleton multiple times.

Somewhat generic? But here the Chest and everything else is fleshed out breathing heavily into the world what the Dwemer made with their own soul, blood, sweat, tears, and being into making Everything in this blends together so well and reminds me of Morrowind Dwemer Ruins, and maaaaaaan.... If they ever make an Elder Scrolls Live-Action TV Show it would be FANTASTIC to see Dwemer and all the races in Live-Action and better if they have it as a success make it into a whole universe of Films/ Shows/ Animated Series that way we can see the unseen Tamriel (Summerset Isles, Black Marsh), Atmora, Yokuda, Akavir, Pyandonea, and Aldmeris across the ages & lands of Nirn along with the Daedric, Aedric, & other Realms

*WOW* The Skywind & Skyblivion teams never fail to blow my mind. Actually scratch that. You all never fail to *nuke the hell* out of my mind. I mean come on, how could you _not_ look at this and immediately have to _pick up your jaw_ that dropped all the way to the floor?! This is truly above and beyond most of the professional quality work I’ve seen. Incredible, astonishing, phenomenal, stunning, awe-inspiring, fantastic, captivating, extraordinary, enthralling, marvelous, remarkable, sensational, unparalleled, miraculous, spectacular, astounding, memorable, enchanting, captivating, gorgeous, magnificent, wondrous, striking, dazzling, momentous, eye-catching, electrifying, sumptuous, alluring, breathtaking, sublime, and simply *imprefvicticious* (lol shoutout to ProtologolusX on the Nexus). All of these words are what I’d apply to the work you all are doing. And yet, somehow, all of those words _combined_ STILL don’t capture the full extent of how I feel about, and would describe, Skywind. And the entire team as well, including every single person playing a part in bringing these projects to life. Whether you created one mesh & texture for a skooma pipe, voice acted a few lines for a minor character, or spent months, maybe even years creating and scripting quests, please know, from the bottom of my heart, I am eternally grateful to every single one of you. Your contributions, large or small, will _forever_ stand as a shining example of the passion, ingenuity, dedication, and above all, the *love* that this community has for The Elder Scrolls series, and modding as a whole. I truly truly *truly* appreciate all of you. And with the utmost sincerity, thank you, thank you, thank you, *and an infinite more times THANK YOU!!!!!!!!* 🔥❤️🙏
