Wow! At 3:24:31, you flew over my house and I can actually see how obnoxiously big our patio awning is. If it’s not Sea-Tac traffic, it’s the beasts from McChord! Nice video!

WOWOWOWOWOW!!!!! Super-Fantabulous views on this flight. Very good views of the Coast Mountains. Good view of Mt. Waddington. That's the highest peak in the Coast Mountains and people come from all over the world to climb it. That one icefield there is 10 times the area of the Columbia Icefield. Good view of Bowen Island. Yep, there's Point Roberts. Waldron Island. Orcas Island. Lopez Island. Good view of Fidalgo Island and Deception Pass. If you should find yourself at Deception Pass, do a side hike up to Goose Rock... good views. Great views of Whidbey and Camano. Hey, there's my house! And there's Lake Ballinger. Good view of Green Lake. GREAT view of Downtown Seattle! Great view of Sea-Tac Airport. Good view of Point Robinson. Good view of Brown Point. Great view of the South Sound islands. And there's American Lake over there.

Hey Traveler. Happy Saturday !! Fairbanks !! That little Air North 737 is a real "Ground Hugger!!" One hard nose landing and she is going into the runway !! he he he Wave those batons faster, I want to see streaks in the air, and flashes of light !!! Flap those arms, up, down, and up again !!! Now bring it home to the middle and we are done !! Look at that, Me thinks that was a Million Dollar Sunset, if I've ever seen one. Gear Drop 3:26:58. Rebecca sure is graceful with her turns, yes ?? The way they raced off the runway, they must have needed Mike Charlie, but I don't see anyone coming in behind them ?? Over the river and through the woods to the Alaska Air terminal we go !!! Thanksgiving in Canada is 2 weeks from tomorrow, October 13th. And Christmas Decorations are already out for sale in our Dollar Stores !! Oy Vey !!

I was wondering, you sure do fly a lot, is this your job? I was curious! I love all your videos! ❤ I wish I was a world class traveler like you! 🎉
@sla312 ай бұрын
It is, yes. At least it has been for the last couple of years. For the first 7ish years I did it all in my spare time. Until it was my full time gig, I was also a full time aircraft rescue firefighter.

I'd love to fly on some of the old 737 variants used in Alaska.

You and me both. Well I have, but there’s a few 900’s still flying around without winglets I’d love to feature. My luck hasn’t been that good though. Thanks for watching!

Great fly! Have you ever get sponsored from the airline other then Southwest?
@sla312 ай бұрын
Yes, Silver Airways, and Air Tindi have both technically sponsored me by giving me free flights.

Interesting to "people watch" at departure and arrival. Tks. Not a steak, but better than the other airlines - lol.

Sir, can I ask why American Airlines' Boeing 787-8 and Boeing 787-9 planes do not fly to John.F.Kennedy International Airport in New York City?
@marcbyrnes2932 ай бұрын
Having worked ( briefly) for United Airlines, it may be a matter of scheduling of aircraft as much as anything else.
@marcbyrnes2932 ай бұрын
Ohhh, one other thing: Newark International Airport is United's main point of entry into the New York market as well as being one of its main hubs. They may fly most of the 787s on New York routes into Newark and use smaller planes for New York's Kennedy and LaGuardia airports.
@marcbyrnes2932 ай бұрын
Oops. You mentioned American Airlines. Not sure on that other than American inherited a very major hub from U.S. Airways at Philadelphia, so maybe that's where they Park all those 787s
@Nhàcủachúa-e2g2 ай бұрын
Ok, thank you for answering me because I pay close attention on the flightradar 24 application but I never see the Boeing 787-9 American Airlines flying from anywhere to John F Kennedy International Airport in New York City.
@m_portrick17Ай бұрын
@@Nhàcủachúa-e2gamerican doesn’t fly 787s from jfk, mainly out of MIA, PHL, DFW, and LAX
