My fav time of the season, catfishing is on fire, crappie are blowing up, big bass are very active, doesnt get much better. Nice to see you do some slab slayin, enjoy your vids bro. Here in Indiana I've been limiting out everyday, and in 2 hours or less, and very few dinks. I've caught 20 that were 13" plus. Bobby Garland 2.75" slab slay'rs, pile drivers and slab stroll'ers are all I use, several diff color combos, tipped with crappie nibbles. I throw slip bobbers on and slowly work them, let them sit, then reel it in a bit, let it sit.....kill em

You could always try making your filets like chicken parmesan, just add some shredded parmesan to your flour/ panko mix and lay it over some angel hair with Mariana sauce they will cook up crispy and go well with the Italian panko. Then as an option you could melt some mozzarella on top. Good luck your food always looks good. Just throwing out a suggestion. 🐟👍

You should tie a strong thin nylon rope to your stringer, them use a large tent peg to keep it close to you. I don't know if there are any Dollarama stores in Nebraska, but I get really large tent spikes for 3 bucks here in Canada. Also, I always have my metal stringers tied to about 25 to 30 feet of rope so the fish can be in deeper water.

Hi there stache-snot-sickle! How about trying some simple ceviche some time? My ultra basic recipe is 1 pound of diced fillets & 1 cup of lime juice. Soak the diced fish in the lime juice for an hour stirring every 15 minutes or so. After an hour the meat will turn white and then you can drain off most of the juice. Mix the diced fish with 2 cups of "El Cheapo" salsa (any prepared salsa dip from a jar or jug should work, I get the half gallon size that costs $6.) Serve with tortilla chips. I've served this at parties lots of times and heard the reaction "I ain't eating no raw fish!" My response is: "Good because I'm not sure that I made enough!" I make huge bowls of this stuff and have never had any leftovers yet. Thanks for another fine video Josh!

Take mayonnaise or Miracle Whip? And take a little bit of ranch. Take some onion powder a little garlic powder. And take a dill pickle and finely chopped dill pickle and make sure it's nice and juicy and with a spice called cream of tartar and you will make the best sauce you ever had
