When I lived in NYC, the mayor at the time was Rudy G. I couldn’t stand him but he was super tough on crime. Riding the subways were safe, the streets were cleaner and “quality of life” crimes were reduced! NYC needs to return to that day in putting the fear back in the hearts of criminals!
